DEFI Motorsports provides dyno testing, ECU tuning, remote tuning support, performance diagnostics, dyno rental, motorsports-related services, automotive performance products, and performance calibration support for customers in Corona, California and throughout Southern California, the United States, and global performance markets.

Use of Website

Service & Performance Disclaimer

Performance testing, ECU tuning, diagnostics, remote tuning, and calibration results vary depending on:

• and other factors outside of DEFI Motorsports’ control.

  DEFI Motorsports does not guarantee specific horsepower gains, torque increases, drivability outcomes, emissions compliance, reliability outcomes, or vehicle performance results.

  Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is mechanically sound prior to dyno testing, remote tuning, diagnostics, or tuning services. Certain performance modifications, tuning services, or aftermarket components may not comply with local, state, federal, or emissions regulations in all jurisdictions.

  Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and vehicle regulations.

Remote Tuning Disclaimer

Remote tuning support, calibration revisions, and data log reviews are provided based on customer-submitted information, hardware compatibility, and communication accuracy.

DEFI Motorsports is not responsible for:

• incomplete or inaccurate customer data

• hardware incompatibility

• communication delays

• improper installation

• mechanical failure or damage resulting from improper vehicle setup or operation.

Customers assume all risks associated with remote tuning services and aftermarket vehicle modifications.

Booking & Payment Terms

By booking services through DEFI Motorsports or affiliated booking systems, you agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle and contact information

• Complete required payments prior to service when applicable

• Follow all booking requirements and scheduling policies

• Understand that bookings may require additional hardware, licensing credits, tuning devices, or supporting components depending on the service selected

Certain services may require:

• ECU access hardware tuning devices

• licensing credits

• aftermarket components

• or additional support equipment depending on the vehicle platform and service selected.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Appointments canceled after booking may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling fees. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• canceled appointments may be converted into account credit valid for future services, canceled services may include non-refundable deposits or administrative fees, and rescheduled appointments may require additional fees. Specific booking terms may vary depending on the service, event, or tuning package booked.

Product Sales & Shipping

All product purchases are subject to availability. DEFI Motorsports reserves the right to:

• modify pricing

• discontinue products

• limit quantities

• refuse orders, cancel transactions, or restrict purchases when necessary. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on inventory availability, suppliers, carriers, fulfillment delays, weather conditions, or manufacturer timelines. Certain products, fluids, fuels, hazardous materials, tuning devices, or regulated components may be restricted from shipping to certain states or countries, require signature confirmation, require age verification, or require local pickup only. Customers are responsible for ensuring purchased products comply with local laws, emissions requirements, and vehicle regulations in their jurisdiction.

DEFI Motorsports may utilize third-party providers and systems including:

• Squarespace

• Peek Pro

• Stripe

• shipping carriers

• analytics tools

• CRM systems

• email marketing platforms

• SMS communication systems

• advertising platforms including Google Ads and Meta platforms embedded media platforms and additional software, technology, marketing, or operational partners to support website operations, bookings, payments, customer communications, analytics, shipping, advertising, and business functionality. We are not responsible for interruptions, outages, delays, errors, payment failures, data issues, or service limitations caused by third-party systems outside of our control.
